When discussing the Customer Delight project at a common client, we wondered why most companies, that are considered benchmarks in their industries, are mostly found in the USA and Asia. This started our journey into How to Implement Customer Delight in Europe. Together we possess a blend of experience in automotive, luxury and service industries for which we have provided consultancy services as well as trainings on Customer Delight and behavioural skills and attitudes. Companies that have trusted us amongst others, are:
Audi, BMW, Chanel, Chaumet, Dacia, The Hague University of applied sciences, IVA (business school Driebergen), Lexus, Malherbe International School, Renault, SNCF
